Reception & Check-in.

We operate a reception a few minutes from the Petřín Park Residence from Monday to Friday 8.00 – 16:30 where guests can receive their Key. Guest that would like to be checked-in directly at the residence can request by phone. We also offer all of guests with a confirmed booking the option to Check-in online and save time!

Guests can check-in at 3pm and check-out time is at 11am.

Breakfast time!

Enjoy a full breakfast around the corner from your apartment. Contact our reception to recommend you the best breakfast spots. Guests can also pre-order groceries through our concierge to be delivered to the apartment and enjoy breakfast within the comforts of your suite.

Housekeeping Services.

Free cleaning is provided after every third night

(extra cleaning fee – € 30)

Cleaning service including bed linen change is every sixth night for free

(early bed change fee – € 40)

Concierge.

Our Concierge Service team is ready to assist with all your requests and wishes. We got you covered from table bookings, restaurant recommendations, flower arrangements, Theatre and Museum tickets, booking tour packages, rent a bike and also mailing your correspondence. Just let us know!
